April 13th

Basic Truth: God loves me.

Bible Story Focus: God loves for me to talk to Him.  Paul Prayed • Ephesians 1:15-19; 3:12,14-18; Matthew 6:5-13

Bottom Line: I can love God.

 

April 20th

Bible Story Focus: God loves for me to tell others about Him.  Paul’s Travels and Letters • Acts 13:1-6a,13-14; Romans 15:23-25; 1 Corinthians 1:1-2, 16:21

Bible Story Focus: God wants everyone to know about His love.  Paul and the Jailer • Acts 16:22-34

April 6th

Virtue: Joy—finding a way to be happy, even when things don’t go your way.

Memory Verse: “Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!” Philippians 4:4 NIV

Lesson: Remember (The Last Supper) Luke 22:7-20

Bottom Line: When things seem bad, remember what Jesus said.

 

April 13th

Virtue: Joy—finding a way to be happy, even when things don’t go your way.

Memory Verse: “Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!” Philippians 4:4, NIV

Bible Story: Review (The road to Emmaus) Luke 24:13-35

Bottom Line: Whenever you get down, remember God’s big plan.

 

April 20th

Bible Story: Rejoice (Jesus appears to the disciples) Luke 24:36-48; John 20:19

Bottom Line: When things seem bad, remember that God is with you.
